What drives me
I’ve always been drawn to the unseen — the beliefs, stories, and patterns that shape how people show up in life and at work. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been curious about what drives people, what holds them back, and what helps them truly thrive.
Coaching gives me a way to step into that space with leaders — to hold it with depth, warmth, and honesty. The work is never about fixing. It’s about helping people see clearly, grow courageously, and lead from a place that’s real.
My journey
My foundation was built inside large organisations, where I led leadership development, advised CXOs and business heads, and designed talent strategies for scale.
My coaching journey started while I was still working with an organisation. It was towards the end of the day, most people had left and I was wrapping up a discussion with a Board member when she said, “This was like a therapy session. You must coach.” That stayed with me. While I was coaching internal leaders on their development but I had not undergone any formal training in coaching till then. After about a year or so I enrolled for a Diploma in Coaching at Cambridge. It was a transformative program. It made me look within in a way I hadn’t done before and shook quiet a few things in my life and how I was living. That was the beginning of a journey that has been adventurous to say the least!
After a few years, I transitioned from my corporate stint to being my own boss. I trained with world-class coaches. Got mentored. Got coached. I obsessively studied the science and the soul of change. I built depth. I honed my craft through thousands of hours of listening, reflecting, and helping people shift — for real. Over the years, I’ve coached over 200 leaders and assessed more than 1000 leaders — across industries, from start-ups to Fortune 500 to the public sector.
